The reason here is that probably the employee does not have the permission. But you are able to grant him access to work with all customers/supplier data. Go on the “Settings” tab and click “Permissions”.

Now you can see the different permission groups in a list. By default, the Affiliate Manager group can only see the accounts where they are registered in the Adtracker. At this point you can configure the pre-settings.

  1. Click on “Edit this group” depending on the permission group that contains the employee you want to grant access so that he can see all advertisers/affiliates. In this example it is an affiliate manager:

  1. In the new window you can see the permissions assigned for that group on the right side. On the left side there is a permission called “Work with all customers/suppliers data”. Click on the blue arrow to the right to shift this permission into the permission group you are editing.

  1. Save your changes by clicking on the blue “Save changes” button at the top of the page.
  2. Employees might have to re-login.
