The reason here is that probably the employee does not have the permission. But you are able to grant him access to work with all customers/supplier data. Go on the “Settings” tab and click “Permissions”.
Now you can see the different permission groups in a list. By default, the Affiliate Manager group can only see the accounts where they are registered in the Adtracker. At this point you can configure the pre-settings.
- Click on “Edit this group” depending on the permission group that contains the employee you want to grant access so that he can see all advertisers/affiliates. In this example it is an affiliate manager:
- In the new window you can see the permissions assigned for that group on the right side. On the left side there is a permission called “Work with all customers/suppliers data”. Click on the blue arrow to the right to shift this permission into the permission group you are editing.
- Save your changes by clicking on the blue “Save changes” button at the top of the page.
- Employees might have to re-login.
