This button enables you to have a look into your current document before generating the invoice

Approve

The Approval Management is an optional function you can use to implement a proper validation or approval workflow. That means that you have to approve (click the “thumbs up”- button) the invoices before they turn up in your adtracking system or before sending them out. After approval you can see that there are several options popping up on the left side of the invoice list.

Mark as paid

  1. Mark invoice as full paid
  • Just click the “Dollar”- button in the invoice list and then “Save”

2.   Mark invoice as partially paid

  • Click the “Dollar”-button and change the amount to the value that have been paid already
  • The system will recognize that the amount is not fully paid

Mail the document

  • There are all the users coming over from the tracking system
  • You can add additional custom recipients and define who the main contact is and who should be cced

Delete

You are able to delete invoices before they are actually generated. This is useful if you recognize a mistake on an invoice. So you can just delete the invoice and regenerate it without creating a cancellation invoice.

Cancel

By clicking on the “Cancel”- button the system will generate an associated cancellation invoice

Send reminder

In case an invoice is overdue a yellow send out button will turn up as you can see in the screenshot on the top.

View linked documents

This button enables you to see the linked documents from the affiliate side

Bulk actions on invoices

Mark the invoices you want to do something with.

Download as ZIP

The invoices you marked will be downloaded in one ZIP file.

Mail the documents

Send out different documents in one step. Mark the invoices you want to send out and click the “Email selected” button

Generate documents from drafts

You can generate the documents from the (approved) drafts through clicking the “Arrow-up” - button in a bulk action

Mark as paid

The invoices you marked will turn up to the status “paid”
