Our QuickBooks Online integration enables to sync data between your Billoid and QuickBooks Online accounts seamlessly.

Connect

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Enable the QuickBooks Integration and click on CONNECT (or register if you don´t have a QBO account yet)
  3. Connect and approve the Billoid application
  4. Back in the integration settings on Billoid, you are able to configure accounts, sync strategy and other settings according to your needs.

Sync

To sync your data with QBO, just click on the integrations symbol in the navigation bar and on "Sync QBO".

Syncstrategy - What you can sync:

  • Debitors (from Billoid to QBO)
  • Creditors (from Billoid to QBO)
  • Invoices (from Billoid to QBO)
  • Credit Notes (from Billoid to QBO)
  • Payment transactions (from Billoid to QBO AND/OR from QBO to Billoid)
